How fast is my VPS deployed?
Most VPS are deployed within 60 seconds of payment confirmation. You'll receive an email with your server's IP address and login credentials as soon as it's ready.
What operating systems can I install?
We offer a variety of Linux distributions including Ubuntu, Debian, CentOS, AlmaLinux, Rocky Linux, and Fedora. All images are kept up-to-date with the latest security patches.
Do I get root access?
Yes! All VPS plans include full root (administrator) access. You have complete control over your server and can install any software you need.
Where are your servers located?
Our servers are located on the US East Coast, providing excellent connectivity to North America, Europe, and South America.
What is your uptime guarantee?
We guarantee 99.9% monthly uptime for all VPS services. If we fall short, you're entitled to service credits. See our SLA for full details.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover) and PayPal.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes! New customers can request a full refund within 7 days of their initial purchase — no questions asked. See our Terms of Service for details.
When will I be billed?
Services are billed in advance. You'll be invoiced at the beginning of each billing cycle (monthly, quarterly, or annually depending on your plan).
What happens if I don't pay on time?
We provide a 3-day grace period after the due date. After that, your service will be suspended. If payment isn't received within 10 days, your account and data will be terminated.
Can I upgrade my plan?
Absolutely! You can upgrade your VPS plan at any time from the control panel. Upgrades are applied instantly with no downtime.
How do I connect to my VPS?
You can connect via SSH using the command ssh root@YOUR_SERVER_IP from any terminal. See our Getting Started guide for detailed instructions.
What if I get locked out of my server?
You can access your server via the VNC console in your control panel. This works even if SSH is misconfigured.
Can I reinstall my operating system?
Yes, you can reinstall your OS at any time from the control panel. This will erase all data, so make sure to back up first.
Is DDoS protection included?
Yes! All VPS plans include DDoS protection at no extra cost.
Can I host multiple websites on one VPS?
Yes! With root access, you can configure your server to host as many websites as your resources allow.

Is your support managed or unmanaged?
